Payris was born as a solution to a problem every consumer has: the metaphorical and often literal headache of digital clutter and information overload. Consumers must sift through limitless options while ads and algorithms compete to tell them what they want. Additionally, internet giants have become the de facto mediator of commerce, making local discovery and direct brand relationships more difficult. At the same time, and especially in the current economic climate, consumer trends are shifting: the already existing desire to #shoplocal is increasing as people strive to support local businesses. Now more than ever people want to feel connected to their neighborhoods and local businesses.
The algorithm by which Payris works is quite simple. The user installs an application on his smartphone, shares his preferences and desires (in clothes, food, services, entertainment, etc.) and receives a reward for this. The system helps the user to clarify ("objectify") desires, turns all this data into leads and sells it to a business that uses this information for advertising purposes for targeting for a certain commission. Commercial users also have access to an application and a web interface with analytics and a communication system.
By the way, Payris can be useful not only for advertising and marketing purposes. It can be used by authorities to track the wishes of city residents to improve the work of municipal services; public, charitable and political organizations that will understand what problems that require immediate solutions are of most concern to people.
The operating system consists of two mobile applications, a web interface for business and an administrative panel.
One mobile application looks like a social network and a search engine for publishing the wishes (search) of users. Where they see other users' wishes granted and small business offerings. Web interface for business to automatically set up campaigns to search for relevant user queries by keywords and tags in the required location. In addition to the web interface, there is a mobile application to simplify business information and user interaction. The entire operating system is linked into one core and managed by the platform administrator
The business model is built on the deduction of 30% from the amount that the business sends to users for the wish creation.
Lead Generation: Leads are segmented based on quality and type of wish. They are ranged from $0,1 per low-priced lead to $1 per high-priced lead.
Surveys: Payris will sell user surveys to sellers and ad companies. Surveys will be priced in a range from $10 per low-informative short-term survey to $100 per highly-informative long-term survey (2 weeks+)
In-app Ads: Payris will sell Wish Mood placements to sellers and celebrities. This way, the app drives special attention to their marketing activity (special offers).
Ukrposhta (commercial department)
Now more than 12 thousand users and 250 businesses are already registered on the platform. Revenue at the initial stage is a little bit more than $5k. By the end of 2023, we plan to reach 100k users and 5k businesses with revenue of $1M. By the end of 2025, the numbers will be around 1M users and more than 15k businesses with revenue of $15M.
We want to raise at least 100k in the first place for scaling the project, which will give a direct conversion to attract users and businesses to the platform and increase profitability.
Marketing more than 50%, OPEX less than 40% and development and support less than 10% since the product is ready.
